Terms of Service

These Terms govern digital services operated by World Claw Center for Visage de Vogue, CNPJ 54.591.759/0001-15. The services may include the public Visage de Vogue website, internal content workflows, and features that connect authorized business accounts to supported third-party platforms (collectively, the “Service”).

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and authority to act for any business or account you connect. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or connect an account.

Additional terms imposed by TikTok or another connected platform also apply to your use of that platform.

You may use the Service only for lawful business activities associated with Visage de Vogue and for features made available to you. You may not misuse the Service, circumvent access controls, interfere with its operation, scrape protected information, introduce malicious code, or use it to violate law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information;
• protecting your device and account credentials;
• reviewing permissions before authorizing a connection;
• ensuring that content is lawful and that you have rights to use it;
• complying with TikTok rules and all applicable laws; and
• actions performed through accounts under your control.

The Service may connect only to TikTok accounts that the user is authorized to manage. You must not connect another person's or organization's account without permission. Authorization is granted through TikTok's official consent flow and may be revoked by the user.

TikTok-related features will use official TikTok for Developers APIs, SDKs, scopes, and OAuth authorization methods. The Service will not use passwords, scraping, or unofficial access methods to connect TikTok accounts.

If a content-publishing feature is made available, no content will be submitted to TikTok without an action or approval from an authorized user. The user remains responsible for reviewing the content, target account, privacy settings, and publishing action before confirmation.

World Claw Center and Visage de Vogue are independent from TikTok and do not claim sponsorship or endorsement by TikTok.

The Service's original software, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to World Claw Center or Visage de Vogue and are protected by applicable law. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Users retain their rights in content they provide. They grant only the limited permission needed to process that content for an expressly requested Service feature.

We seek to keep the Service secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network failures, security events, force majeure, or changes to TikTok APIs may affect availability or require a feature to be changed or discontinued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Claw Center and Visage de Vogue are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by unauthorized user conduct, third-party platforms, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or platform requirements, or preserve Service security. Users may stop using the Service and revoke a connected TikTok account at any time.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, security practices, applicable law, or platform requirements. The current version and its last-updated date will remain available on this page.
